However, the range of processed dangerous foods is those that prevail on the healthier side, such as canned beans or fish, or those that are not healthy, such as hot dogs.

Nitrates, which are added to many dangerous foods such as meat products to maintain color and prevent the development of bacteria, are associated with increased risk of colon cancer.
Eating meat products, meat preserved by smoke and salt, increases exposure to potential carcinogenic agents and should be reduced as much as possible.
Scientists at Harvard University have found that people who ate about 50 grams of processed meat every day have about 42 % higher risk of getting heart disease and about 19 percent higher risk of type 2 diabetes.
These products also contain high amounts of sodium and saturated fat.
There is nothing beneficial when you add these dangerous foods to the diet.
-2. Frozen Vegetables With Added Spices And Sauces
Usually, frozen vegetables are not at all a bad idea.
It is packaged immediately after harvesting and retains a good deal of nutrients.
You should ignore the packages that include sauces and spices.
You get a lot more fats and sodium than you would get if you were at home alone and add butter.
So, buy frozen vegetables with no additives and drizzle with olive oil for better taste and grease that is useful for your heart.
-3. Energy Drinks
Energy drinks are currently under investigation by US Food and Drug Administration because of reported deaths and injuries that could be associated with their consumption.
The fact is that energy drinks contain alarming amounts of caffeine.
Since that is uncontrolled quantities, one drink may contain from 50 to 500 mg of caffeine, and even more.
The energy drinks are also full of sugar that is proved as one of the main causes for cancer.
A better option to raise your energy is water or lemon water
The studies found that even slight dehydration can cause headaches, loss of concentration, fatigue and bad mood.
Since caffeine acts as a diuretic, you lose energy whenever you are taking caffeine.
-4. Fruit Yoghurts
Typically packing yogurt with added flavor contains 24 to 30 grams of sugar, which is the daily recommended intake for women.
You might be surprised that some fruit yogurts do not contain fruit.
Check the composition of foods on the label.
You’ll be doing yourself a favor if you create your own fruit yogurt.
You can take fresh fruit and plain yogurt and you can sweeten with sweetener and cinnamon.
