– 2 cups of pineapple chunks (sliced)
– 1 cup instant oatmeal
– 40 grams (1.5 Oz) of raw honey
– 1 cup of natural and fresh orange juice
– 40 grams (1.5 Oz) of almonds (crushed)
– 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh water
Preparation of the smoothie:
First you need to cook the oatmeal and then squeeze the juice from pineapple.
Add orange, almonds, cinnamon, honey in a blender and blend them well.
