One of the usually common problems that people have in their life is lower back pain.

Lower back pain is pain that can be mild or sometimes become an intense pain.

Intense lower back pain can make difficulties and to get accomplished some of our regular daily things.

There are different numerous ways to ease lower back pain.

Lower back pain exercises to relieve pain

One of the best is to practice just these 8 stretches for 7 minutes.

These exercises will help you and don`t take a lot of time from your daily routine.

On that way, your back can feel better and you will be able to finish easier your daily obligations.

8 stretches for 7 minutes

-1. The hamstring floor stretch

Lower Back Pain 1

Hold this position for 30 sec. and do it twice for each of your legs.

-2. Knee to chest stretch

Lower Back Pain 2

This position will help you to relax and strengthen your glutes.

Hold this position for 20 sec. and do it twice for each of your legs.

-3. Spinal stretch

Lower Back Pain 3

This position was one of my favorites when I suffered from sciatica.

Hold this position for 20 sec. and repeat that position for your other knee.

You can repeat this exercise more times.

-4. The piriformis stretch

Lower Back Pain 4

Hold this position for 30 sec. and repeat this position for the other your leg.

-5. The hip flexor stretch

Lower Back Pain 5

Hold this position for 30 sec.

Switch your legs and repeat the exercise.

-6. The quadriceps while lying down stretch

Lower Back Pain 6

Hold this position for 30 sec. on each side.

Repeat this position twice for each side.

-7. The total back stretch

Lower Back Pain 7

Hold this position for 30 sec.

-8. The body stretch

Lower Back Pain 8

Hold this position for 10 sec. for both sides of your body.

NOTE: All of these exercises you need to do if your body is capable of doing.

The best is consulting your physician before you start to practice these lower back pain exercises.
