In the past people spent more time on their feet and were forced to a lot more movement if nothing else then because the search for food. They could afford a break only during the night while they were sleeping.

Now life is completely different.

In present days does not exist anymore so great a need for movement because everything is much more accessible and jobs are often performed in a seated position without any physical effort.

Yet we cannot forget that walking is a great blessing and that it is the easiest and safest way for a better health of our body, mind and good condition. Walking prolongs our life and allows us to enjoy our life.

As we walk the entire body works much better, done a better metabolism, relaxes, despite the feeling of fatigue, returns us to the lost physical strength and allows us a more beautiful and healthier sleep.

Walking has a positive effect on physical and mental health.

Regular walk it will affect the heart and circulation will accelerate combustion of excess food intake and certainly reduce the risk of getting almost all, especially modern diseases.

In addition, walking are making stronger our body and bones.

Walking is especially beneficial for people with extra weight because this is the way burn fat, reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood and excretes harmful substances from the body.

Walking acts positively on our body but also the spirit. So we remove the stress, feel more comfortable, happier, relieves depression, help the nervous system to calm down and provide a peaceful sleep.

It is even more effective if it walks in the countryside and near the water because it green, clean and fresh air, gentle sounds of nature have an additional calming effect on the nervous system.

The natural environment is man’s original habitat and that connection should not be interrupted.

Doctors persistently recommended walking as much as possible.

Each of us should walk at least an hour a day to spend in the exercise and fresh air.

It is particularly useful walks in the evening, before going to sleep.

If you cannot make yourself the daily walks, our advice is to get a dog.

This beautiful creature obliges you to walk at any time, you will extend the life of youth and, in addition, will offer you lots of love and joyful moments.
