It is among the basic foods that are part of a large number of food markets, with more or less accessible price.

However, if we know the simple recipe how to make it we can make by our self.

To prepare 1 liter of product we need only 1 liter of fresh milk and yogurt 0.5 dl.

Preparation:

Milk slightly warmed (to reach a temperature of 40-42 degrees Celsius).

After that, add the prepared milk in yogurt, stir well, cover the court and let it sit for 3 to 4 hours, warm.

Usually, it takes so long to transfer the milk into yogurt.

After that put the mixture in the fridge to cool and when it is ready you can use it.

How to make a fruit yogurt?

For the preparation of fruit yogurt, you will need a yogurt (1 liter), a little sugar (optional), and of course, to taste the fruits (raspberries, strawberries, apricots … 300-500 grams).

Preparation:

First of all, blend all fruits (in a blender or mixer), then add the yogurt, sugar to taste, all a little whisk mixer and that’s all.
